A University of Toronto Shelley Peterson Student Art Exhibition 2023 award-winning typeface inspired by plant cell microscopic images and vascular plants' nutrients and water transport system structures.
EM is my attempt at bridging my knowledge in Biology and sense of aesthetics from majoring in Design and Science during my undergraduate studies.
The name "EM" is inspired by the typographic unit em and the last two letters in phloem and xylem, the core structures of plant vascular bundles.
